• □Can it move your actual tote or case weight, all shift, not in a demo clip?
• □What is the real duty cycle once battery swaps and charging are counted?
• □Does it work with your WMS, or does someone have to build that integration?
• □Is there a named customer running it in production — check the robot's evidence tier.
• □Who is liable, and what safety certification covers humans working alongside it?
